Aku baru lg dlm bidang ni..byk lagi nak kena blaja..But, from whom?..Since the 1st day i was here, i've no colleugue...Cuma ada bos je..nak blaja pun dr dia je le..There have no exchanging or sharing knowledge between collegue as other unit.Ops, ada colleugue pun jap je..about 2 months je...Skrg bos pun xde dah..Just my staff n me, ber2 je..Sometimes, i feel jealous with others...Bkn jeles per, just rasa other unit lbh "mantap"..Unit aku?...My unit is the worst!!!
Bila org perkatakan ttg unit aku, aku rasa yg teruk tu adalah aku..I feel that i'm not a good manager..Aku dlm unit ni pun 20 ogos '06 - 12 jan '07..then, kursus n smbung lik 16 julai '07 till now...x sampai 1thn lg rupanya...I must be a fast learner..xleh lambat camni..Plz hani, u should do something about it..
Bila aku luahkan pd org, org kata bcoz of the management it is..i've no boss.Tu yg unit aku goyah..But, 4 me...aku xnak salahkan org lain..Aku lbh suka mencari kesalahan tu pd diri aku sndiri..Tp, kdg2 buat aku rasa depressed..ntah le...Ya Allah, kuatkan semangatku..
Hani, ko kena yakin pada diri ko..Kalo org lain boleh, kenapa x ko?!!!Pk le hani yek...
Sorry guys sbb aku merepek kat sini..Just wanna make me feel better..Release from the problem..hehe..Anyway, thanks 4 listening my "merepek" today...
