ASTRO buat hal!

Haluuu...

Juz nak lepaskan perasaan...Hangin 1 badan. Juz about Astro yg menyakitkan hati. Last week on 20th after we took our new quarters' key, my husband called astro n asked its service for relocation. The customer service officer had set the appointment on tuesday, 27th at 9 or 10 a.m. My husband already told him that there're Chinese New Year on that date, but he still wanna make an arrangement.

27th... kitorang tggu until 10.30 but then...xde sapa yg dtg. So, my husband called astro & asked its explanantion about this. She (Cik Melisa) said that she will submit the report to technical department. But, i still unsatisfied with her answer. So that, i called again & talked 2 Mr Muthu. Tinggi gak le volume suara aku..hik hik hik.. He promised 2 me that he'll make a follow up regarding 2 this matter. At the afternoon, he called my husband & asked either the technician have called us or not. N 4 sure, the answer is NO!

28th...my husband called astro again in the morning but he still got the same answer "we'll submit this report to technical department & ask them 2 call u"... After lunch hour, i called again & talked 2 En. Izham. He said that he'll submit the report 2 his superior. But, it's still pending. Nyampah pun ada. Ptg tu lak, i called again astro & talked 2 En. Faizul, still got the same feedback.

29th... try again called astro & talked 2 En. Izwan. He promised 2 handle my account & try 2 settle this issue. Ayat dia ala2 poyo tp xpe le, tunggu je le. He said that i've called astro for 7 times & no need to call again coz he'll call me back after check the issue's status from technical department. Ptg tu xde lak call aku. So, my husband called again around 4++ but i'm not sure with whom, & he promised that astro will call us back b4 5.30 p.m. Later, En. Izwan called me & he promised 2 call again at the night. Tunggu lagi... He said that they're already assigned the technician & technician should call us 2 set a new appointment. Around 6++, another customer service officer called me & informed he'll handle my account coz izwan's shift juz over. Mlm tu lak masa tgk wayang (Sifu & Tongga), mamat (aku x sure nama dia Faizal kot) ni kol lg. He told me that technician will call us tomorrow morning around 10 a.m. I juz said ok le..

30th... finally, ada gak technician yg kol.. 2 pun chinese guy. Lahai, xkan le nak tggu chinese technician gak?... Patut le lambat. Yg membuatkan kitorg marah sgt2 sbb they promised & promised & promised again but do nothing. Lagipun, kitorg tinggalkan no. hp, so leh je kol if anything.

27-30th January is about 4 days kitorg x tgk tv... As my conversation with Mr. Muthu, astro will do an adjustment in my bill sbb kitorg x dpt tgk astro. So, tggu dan lihat je le.. Actually, kitorg bkn xleh sabar, blh je tp plz le...if astro cannot provide that service, plz don't advertise it & don't promised anything. 1 more, if u've lack of technician, we're still don't mind & can understand if u inform us earlier. Jgn le diam je n buat kitorg tertunggu2... Apa2 pun, harap selesai le sume ni cepat. Makcik dah ponat!
